Q. Are your cards blank inside?
A. Yes, majority of the cards are blank inside. If there is any writing on the inside of the card, it is noted on the card when you click to view the card.
Q. How much is shipping?
A. Shipping is10% of the order for US and Canadian orders. We use flat rate shipping of $5.95 when we run specials with a partner, such as Jasmere.
Q. Do you ship internationally?
A. Yes!
International shipping there will be additional charges that can only be determined at the time order. If you wish an estimate, please contact us directly or place a comment to us at check out and we will respond promptly to your request.
Q. What are the shipping options for an order?
A. All orders will be shipped expedited parcel by Canada Post unless otherwise requested in the comments at the time of check-out. This is the option that saves you $, but still gets the cards to you in a reasonable time.
Q. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
A. All orders ship within 1-3 business days. Custom orders may take a few days longer, depending on the request. Canadian delivery time is about 3-5 business days. US deliveries are about 6-7days.
Q. What methods of payment are accepted?
A. We accept Visa directly through our site and PayPal. PayPal provides an alternate secure checkout and anyone with a valid credit card can easily process their payment. No account set-up is necessary.
Q. What is your return policy?
A. Unopened, non-damaged items may be returned for a full refund within 14 business days. Please contact us immediately if you need to return an item.
Custom orders are non-refundable.
We can not be held liable for any damages occurred during shipping or delivery, but do our best to package them well to ensure safe delivery.
