Shipments are sent out via Canada Post. Majority of shipments go as letter mail, which does not come with tracking.
Canada: 2-8 business days
USA: 5-14 business days
Everywhere else: 2-3 weeks

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately at hello@serendipitydesignworks.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If a refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
